Renaplast Ready Mix Cement Plaster
Renaplast RMP is a premixed, factory-blended polymer-modified cementitious plaster designed for convenient plastering applications in construction projects.
It is formulated with finely graded natural aggregates and additives and is suitable for plastering AAC block walls, red brick walls, concrete walls and other suitable surfaces. Renaplast can be used for both interior and exterior wall applications.

The manufacturer specifically notes that these coverage figures are approximate and can vary depending on the texture of the surface being plastered.
Mixing & Application
Mixing
Use clean, potable water for mixing.
For a 50 kg bag, approximately 9–11 litres of water is specified in the technical data sheet. The powder should be added slowly to the water and mixed for approximately 3–4 minutes. Allow the mixture to rest for 4–5 minutes, followed by approximately 2 minutes of remixing before application. A slow-speed or mechanically powered mixer is recommended for good consistency.
Application
- Ensure the substrate is structurally sound, clean and free from dust, grease, oil, paint and other debonding agents.
- Remove construction debris before application.
- Porous and absorbent substrates should be moistened with potable water.
- Apply the mixed plaster uniformly using an appropriate trowel or applicator.
- Level the plaster using a straight edge or masonry bob.
- Steel trowels, sponges or floats may be used to achieve the desired finish.
- Where a second coat is required, ensure that the first coat has hardened before application.

Suitable protective clothing and gloves should be worn while handling the product. Keep the product out of reach of children.
The technical data sheet states that the product should not be used/exposed to running water or rainfall during application and recommends avoiding application at temperatures below 3°C.
