Return Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products. However, if you receive a defective item, we will gladly accept a return.

Defective Items

  • Return Process:
    1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team within 36 hours from receiving your order to report the defect.
    2. Provide Proof: Be prepared to provide evidence of the defect, such as clear photos or a detailed description.
    3. Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the defective item.  
    4. Shipping: You will be responsible for the safety of the delivered material until alternative material is delivered
    5. Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or send you a replacement.

Important Notes:

  • Non-Defective Items: We do not accept returns for items that are not defective.
  • Used or Damaged Items: Items that are used, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
  • Timeframes: Please note that return requests must be made within 36 hours of receiving your order.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
