Defective Items
- Return Process:
- Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team within 36 hours from receiving your order to report the defect.
- Provide Proof: Be prepared to provide evidence of the defect, such as clear photos or a detailed description.
- Return Authorization: Our customer support team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the defective item.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for the safety of the delivered material until alternative material is delivered
- Refund or Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or send you a replacement.
Important Notes:
- Non-Defective Items: We do not accept returns for items that are not defective.
- Used or Damaged Items: Items that are used, damaged, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.
- Timeframes: Please note that return requests must be made within 36 hours of receiving your order.
- Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
