Material will be dispatched on receipt of 100% payment. On receipt of your payment the order will stand confirmed and after which no refund will be entertained.

Rate includes loading and packing material only. Transportation charges will be informed before confirmation of order and the same would need to be paid directly to the transport service provider. Also, material will be delivered at shipping address and also at lorry point only.

Dispatch of goods within 3 working days from the confirmation of the order.

Minor chipping of edges due to transit is not considered breakages. Any quality/damage issues to be brought to the notice of the company within 36 hours from the delivery of material after which no claims will be processed. 3 % breakage possible due to transit of material by road/rail. Damages beyond 3% will be physically/digitally ascertained and either replaced or compensated according to the individual case. Read our Return Policy.

Dispatched product will/may have color and size variation to the product displayed in website site due to digital display properties. But dispatched product will meet the size and color of sample provided (if ordered by client and supplied by us).
